Helpful instructions for Christmas Eve:

1.    Try to find or make a sacred space in your home. Maybe use a rarely used room if you have one. Even if you are in your regular space, try to minimize distractions.

2.    If you picked up a Communion bag, you have a candle.  Fr. Taylor will have one as well.  They are all identical.  If you did not pick up a bag, find a candle at home. We will all light them together as a community as the service gets underway.

3.    If you have a preconsecrated communion cup, we will take Communion together at the appointed point in the service. Some practical advice: When taking Communion from one of the little cups, it is essential that you turn your little chalice upside down and remove the bread from the bottom before removing the cover on the top. Otherwise, you run the risk of making a mess!
